When sanding a refinishing new or existing hardwood floor we will consult and offer stain samples directly on your hardwood floor. Sanding is above industry standard and all sanders are attached to a high powered vacuum including HEPA filters.
Sanding is 99% dust free! The process of refinishing old floors adds extra steps and advanced tools that a homeowner cannot simply rent from a hardware store.
New stairs treads, risers, stringers, banisters, and posts can be sanded and stained to match new hardwood floors for a seamless finish.
Installing Flooring
Installing entails a wide variety of services from custom shoe moulding, floor repairs, stair install, and new hardwood install. Often times where there is construction, there is also destruction. This means that if old hardwood, carpet or tile needs to be removed we have the experience to get it done. We always go the extra mile by screwing down the subfloor for a squeak free floor.
Engineered and solid hardwood is offered and wide plank flooring is glued and nailed for ultimate adhesion. The glue is specially formulated to dry rubber so that it can slightly flex under tension as apposed to other glue that is hard, brittle and will crack under tension.
